get_insider_trade_list(code, holder_id=None, num=None, next_key=None)
介绍
获取美股股票内部人（高管/董事/大股东）的交易记录列表，支持按持有人过滤和分页续拉
参数
参数 类型 说明 code str 股票代码 如 US.AAPL；支持美股正股及基金holder_id int 持有人 ID 不传则查询全部内部人；可取自 get_insider_holder_list（3241）或本接口返回的 holder_idnum int 每页数量 默认 10，范围 1~50next_key str 分页标识 首次不传，续拉时填上次返回的 next_key；"-1" 表示无更多数据返回
参数 类型 说明 ret RET_CODE 接口调用结果 data pd.DataFrame 当 ret == RET_OK，返回内部人交易 DataFrame str 当 ret != RET_OK，返回错误描述 返回 DataFrame 字段说明：
字段 类型 说明 trade_shares int 交易股数 正数为买入/获得，负数为卖出min_trade_date int 最小交易日期时间戳 Unix 时间戳（秒），对应市场时区min_trade_date_str str 最小交易日期字符串 格式 YYYY-MM-DD，对应市场时区max_trade_date int 最大交易日期时间戳 Unix 时间戳（秒），对应市场时区max_trade_date_str str 最大交易日期字符串 格式 YYYY-MM-DD，对应市场时区min_price float 最小交易价格 max_price float 最大交易价格 security_holder_quantity int 证券类型持股数 交易后的证券持股总数；意向出售等情形下可能为空is_proposed_sale_of_securities bool 计划出售 是否为计划出售证券（Form 144 申报）holder_id int 股东 ID name str 股东名称 title str 股东职位 security_description str 证券类型描述 如"普通股"transaction_type str 交易类型 如"卖出"、"行权获得"、"行权卖出"、"意向出售"等source_group_name str 数据来源 如"Form 4"、"Form 144"all_count int 总条数 next_key str 分页标识 "-1" 表示无更多数据；续拉时原样传入 next_key 参数

参数 类型 说明 code str 股票代码 如 US.AAPL；支持美股正股及基金holder_id int 持有人 ID 不传则查询全部内部人；可取自 get_insider_holder_list（3241）或本接口返回的 holder_idnum int 每页数量 默认 10，范围 1~50next_key str 分页标识 首次不传，续拉时填上次返回的 next_key；"-1" 表示无更多数据返回
